📦 1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

We’re a UK-based retailer, and our products are fulfilled from trusted warehouses in:

  • International logistics hubs for select products

We currently ship worldwide.

🧾 4. Tracking Your Order

All ZestyPop orders include end-to-end tracking.
You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel has shipped.
You can also request an update anytime by emailing support@zestypop.com.


❗ 5. Customs, Duties & VAT

International customers may be responsible for local import taxes, customs duties, or VAT as determined by their country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing your order.


📭 6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking link in your dispatch email.

  2. Verify your shipping address was correct at checkout.

  3. Contact your local postal carrier for updates.
    If you’re still unable to locate it, reach out to support@zestypop.com — our team will investigate and help resolve the issue.


📌 7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
We cannot refund or resend orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


💸 8. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only processed once returned goods are received and inspected.


⚖️ 9. Responsibility & Risk

Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery responsibility passes to that carrier.
We’ll assist with tracking and resolution, but ZestyPop cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by postal or customs agencies.
