At ZestyPop, we want every order to add a pop of happiness to your day. If something isnât quite right, donât worry â weâve made returns and refunds simple, fair, and transparent.
â 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14Â days of delivery for most new, unused items.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Youâll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene or customisation reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products, custom orders, or opened consumables) cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, email info@zestypop.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us â unauthorised returns may not be processed.
đ 2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable postal service and keeping your proof of postage.
If your return is approved due to a ZestyPop error (e.g., faulty or wrong item), weâll cover the shipping costs.
Our returns hub is located in the United Kingdom. Full address details will be provided upon return authorisation.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, youâll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5â10 business days for it to appear in your account (bank processing times may vary).
If your refund is delayed:
Check your bank or PayPal account again.
Contact your payment provider.
If itâs still not showing after 10 days, email info@zestypop.com â weâll get it sorted quickly.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a ZestyPop error.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@zestypop.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.

This policy works alongside your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Youâre entitled to a full refund for faulty items or items not as described.
