🛍️ Return & Refund Policy

At ZestyPop, we want every order to add a pop of happiness to your day. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made returns and refunds simple, fair, and transparent.


✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For hygiene or customisation reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products, custom orders, or opened consumables) cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, email support@zestypop.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be processed.


🚚 2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable postal service and keeping your proof of postage.

  • If your return is approved due to a ZestyPop error (e.g., faulty or wrong item), we’ll cover the shipping costs.

Our returns hub is located in the United Kingdom. Full address details will be provided upon return authorisation.


💸 3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account (bank processing times may vary).

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. If it’s still not showing after 10 days, email support@zestypop.com — we’ll get it sorted quickly.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a ZestyPop error.


🔄 4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email support@zestypop.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.


⚖️ 5. Your Legal Rights

This policy works alongside your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You’re entitled to a full refund for faulty items or items not as described.
