We accept returns within 14Â days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Some items (e.g., personal care products, custom orders) may be non-returnable for hygiene or personalization reasons.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items. Contact us at support@zestypop.com within 7 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue.
